I. Legal & Corporate Guardianship
1. INBISNIS Law Firm: The fortress of our ecosystem. Established officially under Akta Firma Hukum Inbisnis Law Firm, and evolving from our early days in legal aid (LBH) in 2004 to a premium corporate law firm led by Belra Mordhekai Tuahita Sembiring Meliala. We secure foreign capital through PT PMA establishment, due diligence, and total regulatory compliance across our Bali, Jakarta, and Labuan Bajo offices.
II. Real Estate & Infrastructure Development
2. 366 Land (Master Developer): Operating under the legal entity of PT Flores Properti Indonesia, 366 Land is our visionary property development arm. Headquartered in Labuan Bajo, it transforms prime real estate in Labuan Bajo, Sumba, and Bali into world-class luxury eco-villas and integrated resorts.
3. INBISNIS Contractor (LandSer): Also operating robustly under PT Flores Properti Indonesia, this is our in-house heavy equipment and construction division. Equipped with our own excavators and deep-well drilling rigs, we execute land clearing, topography mapping, and structural builds on time and on budget.
4. INBISNIS Property (Agency): Operating under PT Inbisnis Abadi Indonesia, this division drives market liquidity by managing the acquisition, premium leasing, and high-yield liquidation of secondary market assets for our investors.
III. Tourism & Hospitality Operations
5. INBISNIS Tour (LABAHO): Operating under PT Florestoday Indonesia, this division dominates the maritime and land tourism sector in Eastern Indonesia, managing a luxury fleet of Phinisi vessels and speedboats across Komodo National Park and Flores.
6. IdoTrip (Travel App): Developed and managed under PT Inbisnis Abadi Indonesia, this is our proprietary online travel application, digitally capturing the global tourist market and funneling high-paying guests directly to our properties and fleets.
7. Excellent Laundry: Registered as a certified Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (Badan Hukum UMKM), this industrial-scale commercial laundry division supports the rigorous operational needs of our hospitality network (hotels, villas, and Phinisi boats).
IV. Enterprise Support & Market Intelligence
8. INBISNIS Media: Rooted in our 2004 mass media origins, this division operates our digital network. The inbisnis.id portal operates under PT Indonesia Informasi Bisnis, while labuanbajotoday.com is managed under PT Media Flores Indonesia. Together, they execute aggressive, data-driven global marketing campaigns for our investment projects.
9. INBISNIS Store: Operating under PT Inbisnis Abadi Indonesia, this is our internal supply chain and logistics hub. It ensures that all our construction sites, hospitality units, and daily operations never face a shortage of materials or operational supplies.
