INBISNIS’s main service is currently the One Stop Investment Solution (OSIS) program. This service is intended to serve investors who choose Indonesia as a place to invest in various fields, especially those related to the tourism industry. The INBISNIS business group was founded by Rudi Sembiring Meliala with the motto “Success Belongs to Everyone.” The spirit of serving to help everyone achieve success is embodied in the spirit and distinctive characteristics of the services provided by each business division he has built. Law Firm Division
The establishment of INBISNIS Law Firm is a continuation of the various legal services provided by Rudi Sembiring Meliala, which began in 2004 when he was a member of the Batam City Regional Representative Council (DPRD), He was then appointed as Director of the Advocacy Program for the Poor and Workers in Batam City by the Satu Dalam Misi (PSDM) Association of churches belonging to the United Evangelical Mission (UEM). Then in 2005, he was elected as Chairman of the ELHAM Legal Aid Institute (LBH), which provides legal services and assistance to the community in Batam and the Riau Islands. Then in 2019, he was elected as Chairman of LBH Surya NTT Manggarai Barat in Labuan Bajo, East Nusa Tenggara.
Due to the increasing demand for legal services, Belra Law Firm was established in 2024 by Belra Mordhekai Tuahta Sembiring Meliala, who later founded INBISNIS Law Firm with its head office in Bali and offices in Jakarta and Labuan Bajo. This law firm provides services for criminal and civil cases, business and residence permits, work permits, and other permits for foreign nationals.
Media Division
The print and online media business began in 2004 with the establishment of koranburuh.com under PT Koran Buruh, with its main focus on labor and economic news, headquartered in Batam City.
Then in 2016, the online media florestoday.com was established, covering news about tourism and the economy for the Flores island region under PT Media Flores Indonesia. In 2019, the online media outlet inbisnis.id was established, with main news coverage on tourism and investment in Indonesia, under PT Indonesia Informasi Bisnis. Then, the online media outlet labuanbajotoday.com was established, with news coverage on tourism and the economy around Labuan Bajo, headquartered in Labuan Bajo.
Tour Division
In 2016, a travel agency company was established under the name Flores Today Tour, which has now changed to Labuan Bajo Holiday labaho.com. It develops travel services to Komodo Island and its surroundings, as well as the entire Flores Island under PT Flores Today Indonesia. Currently, we have several tourist boats, both pinisi and speedboats, and collaborate with various domestic and foreign tour companies.
Property Agency Division
In 2019, a property agency business was established under the name INBINSIS Property under PT Inbisnis Abadi Indonesia. This business develops rental and property sale and purchase services for the Bali, Labuan Bajo, and Sumba areas.
Property Development Division
In 2022, a property development company was established under the brand 366 Property, operating under PT Flores Properti Indonesia with its headquarters in Labuan Bajo. The company specializes in the development of villa complexes and resorts in Labuan Bajo, Sumba, and other regions.
Property Contractor Division
In 2025, a property contractor business was established to provide architectural design, construction work, construction management, contour mapping (topography), heavy equipment (excavators), well drilling, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) services under PT Inbisnis Abadi Indonesia.
To deliver high-quality services that prioritize customer satisfaction, it is recognized that the strength of the company’s management is a key factor. The ability to collaborate with various parties is also a determining factor in business development. Similarly, the role of innovation and technology in program development must continue to be enhanced. We are still in the process of preparing to establish a new division for the establishment of financial institutions, supermarkets, and others. INBISNIS was founded in 2015 by Rudi Sembiring Meliala (RSM), an entrepreneur with a background as a priest at the Gereja Batak Karo Protestan (GBKP) and also a journalist. The project began with a concern and desire to bridge the aspirations of the community and other public interests in Labuan Bajo through the online media company FLORESTODAY.COM.
In 2016, after recognizing the significant and profitable business opportunities arising from the continuous growth of tourism, RSM solidified his resolve to establish INBISNIS Tour under the name Labuan Bajo Holiday (LABAHO.COM).
Since then, INBISNIS has continued to grow rapidly and evolve from a simple online media and tour company into a business giant with various products and services, such as Legal Assistance & Licensing, Property Search & Development, Relocation & Exploration Services, Media & Branding Support, Product Distribution, and other acquisitions.
