Throughout his career, he has served as a religious leader, social activist, journalist, legal advocate, political representative, organizational leader, entrepreneur, and business strategist. These diverse experiences have shaped his leadership philosophy and his understanding that sustainable success is built upon trust, integrity, and long-term relationships.
Before entering the business world, he actively served in social, educational, religious, and public leadership roles, including serving as a member of the Batam City Regional House of Representatives (DPRD), legal aid leader, social advocate, and leader of various professional and community organizations.
