- A valid foreign passport with at least six months remaining upon entry.
- You can obtain a visa at the airport for 30+30 days for 35 USD+extension (payable upon arrival at the airport).
- You can also apply for an electronic Visa on Arrival (eVOA) at least 48 hours before arrival through the official immigration website.
- A return ticket out of Indonesia is required for entry. A reservation may not be sufficient!

4. Bali Tourism Levy: Starting in February 2024, international tourists entering Bali are required to pay a Bali Tourism Levy of IDR 150,000 (USD 9.20).
Try to book your accommodation in advance as resorts and villas in Bali can fill up quickly (especially during peak season). Although hotel reservations are not mandatory. To find a place to stay, we recommend chat rentals and accommodation search guides.
After passing through immigration, customs, and security checks at Ngurah Rai International Airport, you can head to the arrivals area and withdraw cash at any ATM (Automated Teller Machine) from major banks in Indonesia.
Airport Transfer
There are many airport transportation options to choose from upon arrival. It all depends on your budget and preferences. The classic option is to take a taxi to your hotel, but ride-hailing apps are also excellent.
