Before entering into any strategic alliance or investment with INBISNIS Group, we believe in complete transparency. Below are the answers to the most common questions we receive from our global and domestic partners.

Category 1: Legal Security & Foreign Ownership

  • Yes, absolutely. While foreign nationals cannot hold “Freehold” (Hak Milik) titles directly under their personal names, Indonesian law provides highly secure alternatives. Through INBISNIS Law Firm, we facilitate the establishment of a PT PMA (Foreign Direct Investment Company), which allows you to hold the “Right to Build” (Hak Guna Bangunan) legally. Alternatively, we also structure secure, long-term Leasehold (Hak Sewa) agreements. We ensure your capital is 100% compliant with local regulations.

  • No. INBISNIS Group strictly advises against the traditional, unsecured “nominee” (borrowing a local’s name) structure, as it carries high legal risks for the investor. Our legal division, INBISNIS Law Firm (Akta Firma Hukum Inbisnis Law Firm), only utilizes legally recognized corporate structures and ironclad contracts to ensure your assets are protected and fully under your control.

  • Yes. For our strategic partners and PT PMA founders, our legal team handles all immigration compliance, including Investor KITAS (Residence Permits) and working permits, ensuring you can legally reside and oversee your investments in Indonesia.

Category 2: Investment Models & Partnership

  • Yes. We offer Corporate Equity & Shareholding models. Instead of buying real estate, you can inject capital directly into one of our revenue-generating divisions. For example, you can fund the expansion of our heavy equipment fleet (INBISNIS Contractor / LandSer) or invest in our maritime tourism operations (INBISNIS Tour / LABAHO). In return, you receive proportional annual dividends based on the division’s net profit.

  • In a JV model, you act as the capital partner while 366 Land (PT Flores Properti Indonesia) acts as the Master Developer. We provide the secured land bank, legal framework, and construction execution. Once the eco-villa or resort is built and sold (or leased), profits are distributed according to the pre-agreed equity split.

  • We operate with a strict open-book policy. All JV partners and equity shareholders receive regular, detailed financial reports and ROI tracking. Transparency is one of our Core Values, ensuring you always know how your capital is performing.

Category 3: The INBISNIS Ecosystem & Operations

  • OSIS is our proprietary ecosystem designed to eliminate third-party risks. Usually, investors must hire separate agencies for land acquisition, legal checks, construction, and marketing. At INBISNIS Group, we handle everything internally through our 9 integrated divisions. We secure the land (366 Land), protect it legally (INBISNIS Law Firm), build it (INBISNIS Contractor), and market it globally (INBISNIS Media & IdoTrip).

  • We do not rely on unpredictable third-party builders. All infrastructure and structural builds are executed by our in-house division, INBISNIS Contractor (LandSer). Because we own our heavy equipment (excavators, drilling rigs) and control the supply chain via INBISNIS Store, we guarantee that projects are completed on time, on budget, and to international standards.

  • Our ecosystem is built to generate passive income for you. Our hospitality support network, including Excellent Laundry, maintains the physical assets.
